Indication

Mate comes from a species of holly that grows wild in Argentina.
It also gives him the name "Jesuit tea" or "herb of St. Bartholomew."
It promotes diuresis, digestion, blood circulation and helps to fight against fatigue.

Trick

  • Dosage for 1 liter of infusion: 2-4 teaspoons
  • Heat the water to 95 ° C.
  • Brewing time: 5-10 minutes
  • May be stored in a thermo

Preparation: 
 Pour water at the right temperature, infuse, remove the filter and stir to mix the brew.
Let stand a few minutes before serving, flavorings will be even more subtle.
The infusion is strongly influenced by the water quality: a non-chlorinated freshwater is recommended.
